D. Website & Device Information: IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, and similar technical data, collected automatically.

E. Location Information: ZIP code or approximate location if you use “Find a Location” or similar features.

F. Photos, Videos & Facility Security: security cameras/CCTV for safety, and event photos/videos where permitted.

G. Job Applicant Information: resume, work history, and related details, which may be processed by third-party HR platforms.

We may use personal information to operate and improve our website and locations; process waivers, admissions, bookings, memberships, gift cards and payments; manage parties, group events and promotions; provide customer service; send confirmations and updates; personalize experiences; maintain safety and security; investigate incidents or disputes; send marketing or SMS messages where permitted; process job applications; and comply with legal obligations.

We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to improve website functionality, remember preferences, understand traffic, and measure marketing performance. You may limit cookies through your browser settings, which may affect functionality.

We may share information with Catch Air locations and affiliates; service providers (booking/waiver platforms, payment processors, hosting, email/SMS, marketing, analytics, HR/payroll, IT/security, insurance/legal/accounting); third-party booking and payment platforms; marketing and advertising partners (where permitted); and for legal, safety, or business purposes (compliance, law enforcement requests, enforcing policies, protecting safety, or supporting a business transfer).

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Catch Air is a family entertainment business serving many children, but our website and online services are intended for use by parents, legal guardians, and adults. Children should not submit personal information directly through our website without a parent or guardian.

COPPA applies to websites/services directed to children under 13, or general-audience services with actual knowledge of collecting information from children under 13; operators must generally obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting such information. If we learn we’ve collected a child’s information without proper consent, we will take steps to delete it unless retention is required or permitted by law.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, complete transactions, maintain waiver/safety records, manage memberships, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business purposes. Retention periods may vary by information type, location, and legal requirement.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; opt out of certain targeted advertising or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive information; withdraw consent; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using the information below — we may need to verify your identity first.

You may opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. For SMS messages, reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect personal information. No website, system, or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website may link to third-party websites or platforms (waiver, booking, payment, membership, gift card, social media, maps, HR, analytics). We are not responsible for their privacy practices — please review their policies before submitting information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after updates means you accept the revised policy.

These Terms of Use / Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Catch Air website, online services, location pages, booking links, waiver links, membership links, gift card links, SMS communications, and any other digital service linking to these Terms. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

Catch Air locations may be independently owned and operated by separate legal entities. Policies, pricing, hours, attractions, food options, memberships, party packages, promotions, and operations may vary by location. Please review your local Catch Air store page before visiting or purchasing.

You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases, sign waivers, book parties, purchase memberships, submit personal information, or enter into agreements through our website. Children may use Catch Air facilities only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Every participating child and guest may be required to have a completed waiver before entering play areas or activities. Each location may have its own waiver link — please complete the waiver for the location you plan to visit. A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for minors.

Catch Air is an indoor play and family entertainment center — not a daycare, childcare center, or drop-off facility. Parents and legal guardians must remain on-site and supervise their children at all times. Staff supervision does not replace parent or guardian supervision.

Guests must follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety policies, including: socks required in play areas; no shoes or bare feet in active play zones; no roughhousing, pushing, unsafe running, or climbing up slides; adults may enter equipment only to assist their own children (no adult-to-adult play); no outside food or drinks unless allowed or required for baby/medical needs; children must remain with their authorized parent or guardian; and guests must follow age, height, weight, and equipment-specific restrictions. Guests may be denied entry or removed for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

Admission pricing, hours, passes, and open play policies vary by location. General admission tickets are typically valid only for the date purchased and may be non-refundable. Some locations may allow same-day re-entry with a stamp, wristband, receipt, or staff approval.

Birthday parties and group events must be booked in advance. Walk-in birthday parties are not permitted — cakes, presents, balloons, decorations, and party setups are reserved for booked packages. Packages, deposits, guest counts, adult admission rules, food options, and cancellation/rescheduling policies vary by location. Party deposits are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Membership availability, pricing, benefits, terms, billing, cancellation rules, blackout dates, and restrictions may vary by location. Some new locations may show “Membership Coming Soon.” Memberships may be processed through third-party platforms — please review all details before purchase.

Gift cards may be available online or in-store depending on location, are subject to the terms provided at purchase, and may be location-specific unless otherwise stated. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law: admission purchases are final and non-refundable; online tickets may not be refundable or exchangeable; party deposits are typically non-refundable; membership fees follow the terms at time of purchase; and gift card purchases are generally final. Review specific purchase terms before completing a transaction.

Outside food and drinks are generally not allowed, except for baby formula, baby food, or medically necessary items. Food options vary by location. Birthday cakes or cupcakes may be allowed only with booked party packages, subject to location rules.

Guests may take personal photos/videos for private use, provided they don’t interfere with operations, violate privacy, or create safety concerns. Commercial photography, media shoots, or promotional filming may require prior written approval. Photos or videos may be captured by Catch Air or authorized representatives at public events, where permitted by law.

All website content — text, graphics, logos, trademarks, photos, videos, mascots, designs, layouts, and software — is owned by or licensed to Catch Air. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, or reverse engineer content without written permission.

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, or other content, you grant Catch Air permission to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute that content for business, marketing, website, social media, and promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law. You represent you have the right to submit the content.

Our website may link to third-party services (waiver, booking, payment, membership, gift card, map, social media, HR, marketing). These are not controlled by Catch Air and may have their own terms and policies; Catch Air is not responsible for third-party content or services.

You agree not to use the website unlawfully; submit false or fraudulent information; interfere with operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; upload malware; scrape or harvest data; misuse trademarks or content; impersonate others; or harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others.

The website and online services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Catch Air does not guarantee the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or current. Hours, pricing, attractions, food options, packages, memberships, and promotions may change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catch Air and its affiliates, owners, employees, managers, licensees, and related parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, services, purchases, or third-party links. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Catch Air and related parties from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website or services, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or another person’s rights.

Attorney review required before publication. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes between you and Catch Air may be resolved through individual binding arbitration instead of court, and you may waive the right to participate in a class, collective, or representative proceeding. This section requires customization by legal counsel (governing law, arbitration provider, venue, opt-out procedure, and state-specific requirements).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. However, nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to you.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
